Tour organizer:
Spain On Twins® (S.O.T.) is a division of CeconBe Marketing Services (Address: Calle Sanclemente, 25, 4ª planta, 50.001 Zaragoza, Spain.)

Bookings:
Since the groups are limited in size, all bookings are taken on a strictly first come, first served basis. To be eligible for a place on any tour, a deposit of 500€ (should the reserve be made 45 days prior tour start) or full payment (should the reserve be made less than 45 days prior tour start) has to be made.

Payment of balance:
All due balance should be cleared 45 days before tour start. Should this requirement not be fulfilled, the booking will be considered cancelled and as a result the deposit will be lost and the holiday cancelled.

Price of tour includes:
Although some variation may occur from tour to tour, generally speaking the tour price includes:

• Accommodation in nice hotels based on double occupancy unless the “Solo” option is chosen during the booking procedure.
• Breakfast and dinner, except for the rest day, where dinner is not included (so you can go and celebrate with your partner…)
• Parking Fees
• Local Road Captain guiding the group
• Support Vehicle (a Van), to carry all the luggage.
• Road Selection
• Road Book
• Welcome & Good-bye drink

Not included in our tours:

• Bike
• Fuel
• Lunch / Snacks / Beverages except where specified in tour itinerary
• Airfare and transportation to/from start/finish point
• Mechanical Assistance
• Insurance
• Tips
• Helmet, gloves, rain gear or protective clothing
• All items not listed as included

Accommodation:
The tour price includes hotel accommodation in Double or Twin Rooms. If you are traveling alone and wouldn’t mind sharing your room, we will try to find a roommate for you. If we can’t find you one, a “solo” supplement will be charged to your account. A limited number of single rooms are available at extra cost, on a first come, first served basis, but availability cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellation and refunds:
Cancellations received more than 60 days prior to departure will be subject to a 300 € per person cancellation fee. Cancellations received less than 60 days prior to departure will be subject to the following forfeit of tour cost:

60-45 days cancellation notice: Deposit loss (500€)
45-30 days cancellation notice: 50% of total booking amount
30-15 days cancellation notice: 75% of total booking amount
15 or less days cancellation notice: 100% of total booking amount
No show on departure day: 100% of total booking amount

If for any reason any participant decides to leave the tour before the end, he will not be refunded for any service not received.

Minimum tour participants:
Spain On Twins® can, up to 2 weeks prior to the tour start, cancel the tour if an insufficient number of tour participants have booked and fully paid by that time. In this case the customer will be notified forth with and his payment refunded in full, which constitutes the full settlement. Spain On Twins® is not liable for any additional costs or losses incurred by the tour participant due to the cancellation of the tour. This includes, but is not limited to, the cost of pre-paid airline tickets, hotel reservations or car rentals.

Participant duties:
Spain On Twins® will only accept as part of the group motorcycles which are legal for use on the road, have a registration number plate and have insurance cover for travel in Spain. Each participant is responsible for his own motorcycle and the conformity of its use within local laws.
All participants must have a full motorcycle-driving license, and valid insurance for the motorcycle, for himself and his pillion should he has one.
It is highly recommended that all participants have holiday and medical insurance for the duration of the tour, covering accident, illness and death. It is also recommended to have a cancelation insurance, to cover yourself in case you have to cancel your holidays unexpectedly.
We strongly recommend to all participants to take out motorcycle recovery for accidents of breakdowns. Spain On Twins® cannot guarantee that the Van has available room to transport your bike in the event of an accident or breakdown.
Each participant is required to comply with traffic laws and the requirements for group travel. Non obedience of this rule is sufficient cause to contract canceling. Each participant is responsible for himself and for the damages inflicted onto other tour participants or members of the public and any property. This liability is not excluded or reduced if the tour participant is following the tour guide directions. Each driver must adjust their speed and actions according to their skills and concern for their own safety.

Responsibility:
Spain On Twins® is responsible for providing the services in the tour description according to the local standard and the accurate description of services offered in its literature. Spain On Twins® put all his knowledge and effort at selecting and monitoring its contractors, such as hotels or restaurants and is responsible for conscientious travel preparations. Spain On Twins® is not responsible or liable for any accidents and cannot be held liable in any way for any occurrence in connection with the operation or the client’s participation in connection with the tour, which might result in injury, death or other damage to the client, his property, or his family, heirs, or assigns.

Every participant is required to accept and sign a Release Form before the guided tour begins. Spain On Twins® cannot accept any tour participant without a duly signed Release Form. A copy of the Release Form is at your disposal should you want to examine it.

Tour modifications:
Tours operate on a seasonal basis and where seasonal variances and/or weather conditions cause changes in the tour routing and accommodations, the itinerary will be adjusted accordingly and alternate hotels, restaurants and roads will be used.

Although we do our best to schedule the tours at a time of the year when the weather conditions are favorable for motorcycling, many tours pass through high areas, where weather conditions can change very fast and significantly. Be prepared to it. Always take some cold weather clothing and rain gear with you. Spain On Twins® cannot be made liable for unpleasant and unsuitable weather conditions and no refunds are made for such conditions.

Baggage:
A van will be at the participants disposal during the tours, to take all the baggage off the bikes. Spain On Twins® assumes no responsibility for loss, damage, or delay in delivering baggage to tour participants. Baggage insurance is recommended, especially if you are traveling with any fragile item, like notebooks, video cameras or similar apparatus.

Complaints:
If there is anything during the tour that is not to your complete like, please bring any complaints to your tour guide immediately. Do not wait until the tour is over. The sooner we identified the issue, the sooner we can do our best to solve it.

Printing errors:
Spain On Twins® reserves the right to correct printing errors and calculation mistakes at any time

In the case of any provision of this document being void, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions in this document. Tour guides are not authorized to grant rights or promise services different from the tour. Verbal agreements are invalid unless followed up in writing with confirmation of Spain On Twins®. In case of any dispute the jurisdiction of the appropriate court in Zaragoza, Spain is agreed upon.
